How it works:

Step 1: The Inquiry
Reach out to us through our contact form, email, or phone & tell us about the event that you’re planning. If you’re having a party, we want to be there!

Step 2: The Proposal
We will set up a call with you to discuss the details of your event and work with you to build a custom package tailored to your specific needs. Your event is a glass slipper situation, your bar set-up should reflect that.

Step 3: The Contract
After we’ve curated the perfect bar menu, we will provide a contract for you to review and sign. At that time we will require a 50% deposit to hold your date.

Step 4: The Questionnaire
About 60-90 days before your event, we will send you an event questionnaire to finalize all of the details of your bar. At this point we will need to confirm the number of guests, alcohol preferences, start & end times, and more!

Step 5: The Tasting
We are happy to offer you the opportunity to schedule a tasting of your cocktail, wine, & beer selections prior to your event. During this meeting we will finalize menus, align expectations, and answer any last questions.

Step 6: The Event
We will arrive at the event with plenty of time for set-up with all necessary supplies, and even deliver the alcohol to your event if you so choose. Come event time, enjoy a sundowner with your guests & trust us with the bar!
